Strategic Vision

We are pleased to share Belmont Hill School’s Strategic Plan, published in 2018. With the School’s Centennial fast approaching, the Board of Trustees established task forces to examine nine key areas of school life: academics, the arts, athletics, boarding, diversity, faculty and staff, facilities, financial sustainability, and school size and composition.

Through the effort of all the task forces, the trustees and faculty have affirmed that Belmont Hill is a school in good health, with a clear mission, a devoted board, an engaged faculty, and students, alumni, and parents who share a belief in the mission.

With this vision, we will continue to grow into the next 100 years.
